So Now I’m a Published Author

It happened just as I always imagined it would. I got my book published. It’s hard to describe the feeling of elation knowing that my work is getting recognized. I toiled for years on this endeavor and now I’m ready to relax, only I can’t.

For some reason, I find it difficult to simply rest on my newfound laurels. No, I’m learning that instead of relaxing, what I really want to do is get started on my NEXT book.

I want to thank each of you for taking the time to discover my writing. And for those of you who have been following my writing for years through my articles in magazines, I once again thank you for being loyal.

I am astounded at the kind reception my readers have given me and now feel a bit of pressure to live up to those accolades. I’ll do my best and with that, I’ll raise a glass and drink a toast to you, my faithful readers.
